  1. That's exactly my point. Why is my temp that much lower than yours? We're both equally dry.
  2. That sort of makes sense to me. I can't figure out why Harrisburg is 5 degrees higher than me given that it's been dry as a bone here.
  3. I'm definitely slipping in the 2022 heat derby down this way. I usually run stride for stride with Canderson, but he's pulling away now. Mahantango will hit at least 90 every day through Halloween at this rate.
  4. Correct. You need to be exact to get the full rain shield effect. LOL
  5. Realistically, it's still a 65-75 win team at the end of the day. I have little to no aspirations for this team to end up at .500. It took a miracle stretch just to reach the mark...there will still be plenty of losses to come. Having said that...the compass is pointing up, the system is deep, there are lots of high picks coming, and there is much to be hopeful for in Birdland.
  6. The entire AL East is now at or above .500. When was the last time that happened on July 13th?
  7. I was just going by my point and click for Maytown. No rain chances in that until 40% late Sunday.
  8. Not even a mention of rain here until later Sunday according to CTP and MU - watering is in overdrive now.
  9. That map should have zero shading over Maytown. The overall spirit of the map looks okay. LOL
  10. I was thinking the same thing Blizz. I know when I have snow cover I'm getting itchy around 2-3pm for the sun to hurry the heck up and set already. That's the agonizing part. Waiting.
  11. Thanks- part of the deal during the summer but this one hurts a little extra given how radar looked as well as how often I've been skipped over lately. Still not as bad as northern folks but it's now going to be 4 or 5 days until the next legitimate chance.
  12. First cell dropped 0.00" here. Literally fell apart at the river.
  13. Weather station about 1 mile from work is currently reading 90 - it's 86 at home and getting dark to the NW.
  14. Good stuff! Looks like it's raining now from Harrisburg on south and west.
  15. Oh for sure...honestly the biggest cell looks like it's on a field trip to see the historic district.
  16. Storms look especially beefy in the southern tier counties. A lot of rain happening or will be coming soon for a good many south of the 'Pike.
  17. Peruse as you wish: https://www.millersville.edu/weathercenter/forecasts/weather-discussion.php
  18. Severe watch now up for NE PA. Storms are starting to fire out west...scattered in nature so far, let's see if they congeal into a line as the trek east.
  19. I just instructed my wife via text to stop watering. She said why. I said because Jon said so.
  20. Edit: Blizz never wrote it off. Then again, he'll be watching for some mixing after the front passes.
  21. Pretty much every single poster in this thread has completely written today off. Not just in terms of severe, but getting any rain at all included. Keep the good fight. Some areas at least look to get something out of this.
