  1. Not a loss at all! Vibing on the porch with dinner cooking inside instead of on the fire. Enjoying a slow paced late Sunday afternoon.
  2. Has to be at least a couple of tenths here. Solid rain for the past hour.
  3. Chilling by the lake right now. Going to be a good week.
  4. Sorry to hear that. There was zero wind here - just 10-15 minutes of blinding rain. I guess, given what I got and how long it lasted I had 3"/hour rates.
  5. See the storm complex in Lanco? Yeah...so I'm about 1.5 miles to the west of that. And somehow, someway...it missed. Again.
  6. Hey wait a minute here...this is blasphemy! I don't consider it fall until I turn off my AC. And that's in January!
  7. That map, considering the area surrounding me, makes me sick.
  8. Radar looks less than encouraging for rainfall. We got the uncomfortable weather minus what we really need- it's a gross 82/72 here.
  9. More clouds than sun now and 83. Watching the rains entering SW PA moving east.
  10. MU onboard and driving this evening's rain train: @MUweather A weak disturbance (outlined below) moving east along the remnants of Monday's cold front will trigger showers & t-storms across the Lower Susquehanna Valley this evening, mainly btw. 5 p.m. & midnight. #SevereWeather isn't a concern, but locally heavy downpours are possible. 1h
  11. After an overcast start, full sun here now. Very few cumulus in an otherwise clear sky.
  12. I mean, Bubbler did tell you that you'll come back east to warm up...
  13. CTP issued a HWO for the southern tier counties for strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon, but in my forecast there's zero mention of rain.
  14. Let's hope we don't get suckered in to 384 hour snow maps on ANY model and believe it's coming.
  15. MU says wait a minute...I might have been wrong last week...I now think the worst heat of the summer comes after 8/6...
  16. I think there's been discussion (similar to DCA in the winter) about the airport's numbers, but apparently there were other stations in NJ above 100 as well.
  17. @Bubbler86 - I was reading elsewhere that Newark, NJ was at or above 100 for 5 consecutive days last week which I believe is an all-time record. I didn't look to see if that was officially verified as happening and indeed a record.
  18. I'm literally laughing out loud at this. Very well done! I do think my lead is bigger than that though.
