Mets/Braves game might be one of the top 5 MLB games I've watched in the 54 years that I've followed baseball. This is absolutely nuts.

Radar looks encouraging for you - I don't know what to expect here. At no point this weekend did I have more than a 30% chance of rain...and the same applies today.

Here's one model that pitched a complete game shutout that I was referring to:

I saw several that had a plume of rainfall that extended from your area NE up through the LSV west of the river. As you said, the NAM was little light...there were at least a few runs where there was nothing at all. I saw these maps in the MA thread and just remember thinking that it was going to be a cloudy, but dry few days over this way. At no point since Friday has CTP had any time period here receiving more than .1". *I did not pay close enough attention to make a statement "a slew of models..." - that was a little strong. But combined with what I did see plus CTP's forecasts...I'm surprised by how much rain has fallen. Apparently @Jns2183 has seen the same thing.

Admittedly, I did not look at models at all for months, but on Friday and Saturday I did see a slew of QPF map outputs from models showing little to some cases no measurable rainfall through midnight tonight. I've received .73" just since 4pm yesterday...pretty big miss. And there have been quite a few people who have gotten much more than I have.

It was frustrating. I was disappointed that they didn't throw downfield a few more times - I can only remember the one that drew the PI. With Nick and Kaytron doing their thing...if they can keep defenses honest with some shots downfield, look out. All that, and then there's Warren. Good things happen when he's near the football. Yet another PSU TE destined for Sundays.

Substandard (being nice) kicking game at PSU lives on...dude is 5/11 on field goals for his career.

Illinois has a history of not only playing well but winning at the Beav. No way I'd take PSU at 18. But I don't gamble and I'm extremely cautious by nature.

Regardless of how many named storms, regardless of how many reach hurricane status, regardless of how many make landfill on USA soil...this is quickly turning into a tropical season that will be remembered for how damaging it was.

I'm with you. And that's why I feel the way that I do. It's disgusting to see what certain owners have done to destroy sports franchises. I've been watching live coverage today on some of the Bay area channels. It's going to be interesting...they have police coming in from pretty much every county in northern CA.
