    It's been 10 years since I was there - I took my family of 6 to a Salmon Bake the night we arrived and dropped a cool $400 for dinner. No alcohol and 3 of those meals were from the kids menu. After that, we adjusted our dining plan for the remaining 9 days. Ate lunch at a Subway the following day and that set me back $100 - that was the heyday of Subways $5 footlong promo...Alaskans didn't get the memo. Footlongs were $11.50 and up.

    My son just waited 1 hour and 25 minutes to get gas at Sheetz - I said son, you just went through a tank to replace it with another one. LOL (Gas is $1.77.6 today)

    It was a small cell that tracked directly over me. I had some terrified furry family members...easily the best electrical storm here in a few years.

    I got a lot of rain yesterday and overnight. I really hope those that haven't been getting rain do so, and soon.

    Picked up .83" of rain in Maytown.

    At my mother's place in Manor Township outside Millersville - 1.07" of rain just fell. Solid storm. Not nearly as much fell at home.

    Radar looks terrible as of 1:45pm.

    Looking at the current radar for all of PA, that large area of rain in western PA is all ticketed for north of the turnpike. Our hope resides in something popping south of that main area.

    @paweather - sorry to hear about your AC. That is my worst nightmare. Sometimes I wonder what I would miss more...my AC or my wif... To all of you: I didn't mean that. No really, I don't. Stop thinking it.

    Why am I even doing this...whatever, I'm simply sharing a weather prediction...WPC's 5 day QPF targets a large portion of the D1 area: WPC also has a Marginal Risk of Excessive Rainfall for the LSV for days 2, 3, 4, and 5.
