    People like Mount Joy Snowman get paved parking. My type park outside the Agriculture building right after it was cleaned and disposed outside. There is a limited amount of paved parking but the majority is in open fields/meadows.

    Depressing... First, I learn that CBS has the Whiteout game and therefore, no Kirk Herbstreit, the former Suckeye QB that is now our #1 fan. And now the weather. Going to be a fun day and night. @sauss06- interesting call here...go early, claim good parking and get drenched, or show up later, stay drier, and get stuck in a field of sh*t? Hmmm....

    It'll be interesting to see what happens this week with my yard. I have areas that seem dead for the season while other areas are quite vibrant. I've done pretty well with rain recently and I wonder how much those bad areas respond to that.

    I've been fretting especially with parking more so than the actual game. Still a lot of uncertainty this far out.

    I think WPC will gradually ramp up/down as events approach rather than going "all in" 5-6 days out.

    I didn't word that well above - it does look like a lot of rain in OCMD, but the >7" contour is right over OBX. I wasn't implying that @Bubbler86 was in line for 10" of rain!

    Coldest morning of the season! 48 delightful degrees this morning. Currently it's partly sunny and 65.

    I'm not sure which of those frustrates me more. Probably sports. I used to get really worked up when snowstorms fizzled but not so much anymore. Remind me of this post in a few months.

    Penn State is getting overmatched in the trenches. This does not bode well for Big Ten play. Also, this team is not disciplined. Leading 13-0 and driving in the 2nd quarter, a first down in the red zone is called back on a PF on Lambert-Smith. 2 plays later a blocked FG results after what could have been a TD that might have buried the Illini. Frustrating.

    I mean...the team's longest losing streak this year prior to this week was 4 games. The '83 World Series Champs lost 7 in a row. Twice. In a 162 game season there are going to be stretches like this. Honestly, it's remarkable that it's taken this long for it to happen. The timing couldn't be worse but I believe it's been overdue. Bright side - they have an opportunity to right the ship and rebuild some momentum going into the postseason.
