  1. I'm not even sure I get down to freezing...still 42.2 here.
  2. I saw this post and thought back to when I was a kid in the 1970s when our TV screen looked something like this at midnight. LOL
  3. It's getting dry, which is why I was celebrating rainfall over the past few weeks (okay, months) while most were simply disappointed that it wasn't snowing. Snow or not, we need the moisture.
  4. Sunny and 42 in Maytown. Your snowpack must be locking in the cold!
  5. Today's departure from normal for my location was -14 (high temp)
  6. Good point. It is quite chilly today. Upgrade to a medium weight sweatshirt fo our river walk.
  7. Today's high will be way below normal. And Harrisburg had 2 days last week with highs more than 10 degrees below normal.
  8. Yes - I did not want to come across as sour grapes, Texas won the game plain and simple. But PSU had a lot of wide open looks...the ball just did not drop last night. Part of the game, part of living on the arc. If PSU knocks down just their average, they win.
  9. @canderson congratulations on the W. Penn State had no answer for the Longhorns repeatedly scoring in the paint. As was mentioned, Texas didn't shoot well overall but PSU shot just 28% from behind the arc. If they shoot even their season average it might have been a different outcome...at the same time, the 'horns defense had something to do with that as well. Good luck going forward.
  10. LOL, I was just getting ready to post the same data. Thanks for pulling that together. Ruin, if you want to be negative, that's your prerogative. But at least speak truth or something remotely close to the truth. The post that you made in the MA thread that Bubbler pulled over is so blatantly wrong it's embarrassing.
  11. That was one of many that I had seen. He even got roasted by Patty Mahomes!
  12. He may never live that "pass" down. The reaction on social media has been brutal.
  13. Geez - Mammoth Lakes expecting 3 to 4 feet of snow Sunday night through Wednesday, with 5 to 7 feet on the hill.
  14. And THAT was the reason why A&M was going to blow out the Nittany Lions last night - the Aggies were too athletic for PSU. Never mind that the Lions played solid fundamental basketball. And shot the absolute lights out.
  15. Look at you channeling your best @Mount Joy Snowman! Seriously though, that's a great chart. And it is pretty telling...
  16. But that's just it - my wife and I watch EVERY Sixers game, and when they're on TNT, my wife will enter the room and ask who Chuck was picking that night. I bet at least 50% of the games this year the team he picked, lost. It's uncanny how often he's wrong with the NBA as well...
