  1. No need to apologize whatsoever. Temp is 83 here - 90 today is doable but questionable.
  2. I should not have used the word certainty. The weather has taught me that lesson way too many times over the years that there are very few such things. Timing of any storms tomorrow afternoon in particular could muck up 90. Probably is the better word to use.
  3. Going to be close today as far as 90(s) go - I think we both mentioned previously that the only 2 "certain" days to exceed 90 is likely tomorrow and Friday. Could hit 90 the next 4 days but there's complications with Saturday and today started off cool enough that there's a lot of ground to make up.
  4. Williamsport is already at their 3rd wettest July on record (9.68") with at least 2 more solid opportunities for additional rainfall before the end of the month.
  5. Sunny skies and 72 at 8:40am - off to the races we go!
  6. Parts of the Philly thread are approaching that amount this month...
  7. You were under the storm at it's most mature stage, it has since weakened a good bit. It simply rained longer at your place than mine...it only lasted 10-15 minutes total.
  8. This is probably the only rain I'll get today.
  9. Wife just reported some very small hail with the rain. The hail core formed and dissipated in about 2 minutes.
  10. Confirmed. Not so much a "mauling" but considering that it's still a direct hit and affecting a very small area...it will likely keep me from having to water this evening.
  11. First time the sun has been out in earnest here - temp has shot up to 85. Small cell just across the river from me moving east...
  12. I see very little chance of storms here overnight. Trigger will be moving off the coast.
  13. Legit watch for probably a large portion of the area covered, not so sure about the western part:
  14. MU Weather Center @MUweather Strong thunderstorms are exploding across eastern PA and will continue to intensify early this afternoon. Large hail, damaging winds, and localized flooding are likely in spots. For now, however, it looks like the Lower Susquehanna Valley should be spared.
  15. Hopefully the bats heat up. After Wednesday's game.
  16. LOL! My gut might verify. Congrats Rehoboth!
  17. Very weak but noticeable line is forming now which extends from Dauphin county SW through eastern Adams - I hope this doesn't end up being the show. CTP this morning seemed to indicate that the best chance of storms was actually early afternoon. (supposed to be out of my area by 4pm) I'm starting to get an uneasy feeling that a lot of us might not see much rain today. And I'm in a better spot than a lot of you and I still don't feel good.
