  1. Tornado warnings for 2 cells in Maryland...and today isn't even a MRGL on the SPC outlook.
  2. Hoping for dry weather at OPCY for tomorrow's 4:05pm game. Rain is welcome thereafter. LOL
  3. We might very well not see rain here until sometime later tomorrow evening - that's a pretty big change over the past 48 hours.
  4. 70 degrees here in Maytown currently under hazy, smoky skies.
  5. @paweather - sorry to hear about your AC. That is my worst nightmare. Sometimes I wonder what I would miss more...my AC or my wif... To all of you: I didn't mean that. No really, I don't. Stop thinking it.
  6. Why am I even doing this...whatever, I'm simply sharing a weather prediction...WPC's 5 day QPF targets a large portion of the D1 area: WPC also has a Marginal Risk of Excessive Rainfall for the LSV for days 2, 3, 4, and 5.
  7. 62 was the low in Maytown - currently sun, clouds, smoke and cow shit aroma in the air and 66.
  8. This perfectly illustrates the @Bubbler86 screw zone.
  9. What did he do now? It's one thing after another...is this related to Crypto?
  10. He's on my Fantasy team as well! Nothing is worse than the beer they used to serve at the Vet. I had season tickets at the old Memorial Stadium - plenty of ridiculously hot days sitting on metal benches...now THAT was hot. Diesel is in Baltimore on Friday night before heading to Philly on Saturday. I'm heading down to south Philly in August to see the Giants. Then in September against the Braves.
  11. Going to my first Orioles game of the season Saturday - it'll be the day we finally overperform. LOL
  12. Owning up to my lousy predictions - I shared this a week ago this morning. Shoot, some didn't get an 1" in 7 days let alone 2" in 5 days. While there were some big winners, the overall coverage of winners and losers was poorly forecasted.
  13. If I'm reading that right, there was nearly a 5" difference in 6/10ths of a mile outside of Lansdowne? Talk about localized totals!
  14. Rainfall totals in Maytown: Yesterday: .73" Monday: .39" Past 7 days: 1.79"
  15. It rained for about 3 minutes I'm hearing. Marietta is 1 mile down the road and they received MUCH more water.
  16. Storms are really pulsing up and down in intensity - hail core vanished quickly.
  17. "It's raining hard" reports my wife at home - hail core crossing the river will miss south unless it expands. That hail core has the Snowman in it's sights...
  18. @Anduril post inspired me: As I approach my 58th birthday, here is a timeline, a guide if you will, to an aging dude's umm..."quality time with the wife": Age range: 20s - need at least as long as a Penn State pregame tailgate Age range: 30s - need at least as long as a Blue Band pregame show Age range: 40s - I think we can accomplish our goal during halftime Age range: 50s - It's a TV timeout...let's go!
  19. @Mount Joy Snowman That there is the Maytown UN-bullseye.
  20. It has been storming literally for over 3 hours straight in southern Lanco - I've been watching it here from the office. It starts to decay/move NE and quickly flares back up again. Quarryville and environs is getting a beat down. Nothing of home of course, like you mentioned.
  21. Harrisburg/west shore/east shore certainly seems to have repeatedly been the epicenter of activity since the pattern changed.
  22. Indeed! Oh to be in one of the open air cars right now...
