Seems like quite a few of us are close to 1" of rain already. I'm lucky at 1.19". Regardless, most of this area would be somewhere in the 8"-14" range already if this was a winter storm.
How is this a disappointment or a bust? We weren't supposed to get more than 1.5" and some of us likely will.
Currently in Maytown, it's 48.4 degrees with .32" of rain so far. Light rain is falling, several bands of moderately heavy rain moved through between 8 and 10am.
Way more rain than I expected by this point.
Seems like the start time of the wet weather is getting pushed back, too. CTP doesn't have raining reaching me until almost noon now. It was looking like a wall to wall washout. Might end up be dry all morning.
For numbers geeks like us...this is actually kind of a big deal when it comes to bragging rights. PSU is actually running a little ahead of Michigan for 2023 average home attendance. I don't know the last time that Michigan did not lead the country in that category, but we had a chance to upend them this year. This week is going to knock us back behind them.

I thought about it for a hot second.
But then I was like "eh...I might have to find stuff that's buried somewhere...like a sweatshirt, long pants, maybe even a hat..."
Nah. Big Ten Network, here I come!
@Mount Joy Snowman - speaking of numbers...tickets can be had for $13 for Saturday's showdown with UMass. (on the official PSU website)
Can we get the asking price under $10 by Saturday?
