    No. In the vast majority of storms I'm pinging first UNLESS the flow is SW. If it's S or SE, it'll be the Lanco crew every time.

    I've had it since before the series started. I can't explain it to anyone unless you just understand. I have this weird baseball "sense" that is usually more right than wrong. I thought going in, the Dbacks were going to win the series. Admittedly, I hedged a bit after game 2 but that sense came roaring back.

    I typed " B U B B L E R " and that is how it read after I typed it. I think that 3 days over 80 on the last week of October is a heatwave. I got yelled at by a staff member this morning because I was walking across our campus at 7am in short sleeves. I laughed.

    The great Bubbler fall heatwave of 2023 looking more and more impressive as the week goes on - at a minimum, 5 straight days into the 70s and potentially up to 3 days reaching 80.

    Not often - I'd have to check my records when I'm home, but it's not many. First frost has certainly waited until November but I'd bet most of those years still featured October mornings in the mid to high 30s.

    Fair question. Look - James is a great recruiter. Maybe one of the best ever in State College. He repeatedly gets outcoached in marquee matchups and it's frustrating. You have to be better than what he put out there today. Have to. I don't know the answer but someone better is out there.
