  1. I didn't even know you could protest in the Association? Obviously it used to happen in MLB but i wasn't aware of it ever happening outside of baseball. Has a protest ever been successful? Edit: There was a successful protest in the NBA in 2007. That is the only one in more than 40 years.
  2. I did see that Embiid guaranteed a Sixers series win. More bulletin board material for the Knicks after B-ball Paul said that the Knicks were the "easy team." I mean...he's right in once sense. The Knicks aren't the Celtics. But why would you say that right before you play them? Stupid.
  3. Only on courses that the only tool you need is your putter...
  4. Miller Lite is the beer equivalent of the 76ers in basketball...both are pretenders in their respective roles. I said it in 2021, 2022, 2023...and I've said it already in 2024. The Sixers will never sniff a title with Joel Hans Embiid.
  5. Uninspiring low of 38 here this morning. A "weak" 38 at that. (38.3)
  6. I'm much more alarmed at the attire than the form. For God's sake, a knit hat, coat and scarf to mow? Who wears a scarf anywhere?
  7. Hey wait up a sec - this guy spent some good coin to follow Lexi Thompson around next month at the US Women's Open here in Lancaster.
  8. I've watched this video probably 2 dozen times - it never gets less funny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPFERnpO-QQ
  9. Possums are one of the most beneficial animals around. I think they're amazing. And unlike most, I also think they're adorable.
  10. Yep, my allergies ramped up over the weekend. I don't sneeze or sniff much but I do have a dry, annoying cough. I also completed mow #7 on Saturday. Grass has been growing like crazy.
  11. 36 for the low in Maytown - advising everyone that there was no frost to be seen around my area. I did see some down in Manor Township on my way to work.
  12. Helped our daughter and her family move into their new house today. Really appreciated the cool weather.
  13. Incredible spring day - deep blue skies and 63 degrees at 12:20pm.
  14. Yes indeed - we were driving home around 12:30am this morning and it was raining "good" - got home to find .05" in the bucket.
  15. Well...not here. I've been doing very well this year but just a T for the day.
  16. Correction: 0.00" of rain here in Maytown. My wife read Wednesday's reading.
  17. Some brighter colors in the band approaching...we should get on the board shortly.
  18. You look to do better than over this way - no one seems overly enthused with much falling from the front.
