Here you go, snowfans! I've released my Storm Outlook Map for tonight's #winterstorm. The track of this storm has been very consistent, so I have high confidence in my map. I expect a general 3-5" across the region with locally higher amounts of 6-7" in the heaviest bands..

GFS with a 998mb low exiting off the Delaware coast and the entire state of PA is rain. Only snow is up in the Catskills.

All counties bordering us east and south went down to Advisories. Not sure there's enough to say 5" or more is likely. Someone in the MA thread made an interesting point - if this was coming at rush hour weekday, the amounts plus timing might push them to opt for warnings. Coming at a relatively lighter impact time travel wise, they may hedge down and stick with the more likely outcome for most.

I'll guess that Lancaster and York go over to WWA soon and the border counties from Adams on west go to Warnings for consistency with LWX and due to higher elevation in those areas.
