  1. More cells starting to fire over lake Michigan
  2. New outlook out, mentions possible moderate risk upgrade for lower MI later
  3. It would be nice to actually get something further east for once, Minnesota has been slammed all spring
  4. I think it could be also argued they could've easily issued a Tornado Emergency for it, considering it was a large tornado, directly hitting a populated area. A lot of the Southern offices have been a little liberal with them this year, but some of the northern offices, like Gaylord, have never issued a single one
  5. Day one slight risk introduced, mainly for lower Michigan. 15 wind 5 tor
  6. The severe threat and winds with the frontal passage could be interesting at least
  7. Widespread blowing and drifting tonight with the frontal passage too
  8. IWX thinks the dry slot is gonna fill in as the super heavy snow out west in Illinois moves east
  9. Pretty decent rates here rn, only gonna pick up throughout the evening
  10. If the globals verify locally here, decent snow storm If the GFS verifies, crippling ice
  11. I do not envy the NWS offices in this situation
  12. Euro would be an epic mess for southern lower MI
  13. Total here is 14.1 inches, honestly shocked we picked up two extra inches today from the second round.
  14. Honestly glad that the Lansing folks who thought it was gonna bust for them overachieved and got the strong band. I feel bad for everyone from Adrian east who got stuck in rain for 5 hours extra
  15. Last couple model runs showing a few more events in the next two weeks
  16. Just flipped from rain to snow here. NAM and RGEM still refusing to budge on snows making it north tomorrow.
