I went in at 235k on this one and got outbid. We lost another one on Boston State Road last week right in the center of Boston. Going to look at another one this weekend now on Rice Road in Boston.

Yeah snowing good here for sure. Looks like about half an inch already in less than an hour. Flakes are tiny and the snow is wet and greasy on top of that ice.
Roads here are an absolute disaster. We actually got a pretty good glaze of ice from freezing drizzle and rain all evening and it just switched over to straight snow and it’s coming down pretty good. Already a solid coating on top of all that ice. Glad I don’t have to go anywhere else tonight!
Pittsburgh all the way. Would much rather play Pitt than Balt.
Indy could run the ball as you could obviously see yesterday and Baltimore is even better at running the ball. Pittsburgh has had next to no run game. I’m glad Derrick Henry and the Titans are out now because I was very afraid to see him against our run defense after seeing what Johnathon Taylor and Hines did to us yesterday.
Pittsburgh wouldn’t be an easy out either though. Their defense can play and have a good chance to hold Allen back but I think we have a better chance.
Same here. Nice call. Falling nicely to the ground with not much wind. Already coated the ground including the streets. Looks pretty looking out the window this morning.
Looking at buying a house in Boston. Just figured I’d let all my fellow weenies know I might be in a much better spot for snow before winters completely over
Yep right on the cutoff. 5 miles north literally nothing from lake effect. 5 miles south, double what I got. Thankful I got a foot out of this, could have been a lot worse.
The worst was when the young girl on channel 7 said on Thursday that the models all show the snow never making it here and saying it’s gonna all stay in the Southern Tier and that Buffalo was out of the woods. She then showed their in house RPM model which had 4.3” of snow at BUF and said that was their new forecast. What a joke local TV meteorologist have become. Like Rich just said Andy is good and there’s a couple others but not many.
Up to 11 inches here and still snowing moderately but should be ending soon. Over 16 inches here since Xmas eve and about a foot OTG. Not bad.
I’ll give it 3 stars for my location given we’ve gotten almost a foot of snow in 6 hours however I can’t go higher than that for my exact location given that some areas just a couple miles south and east are gonna double that. For those areas probably a 4 star event.
Awesome. As you make your way back to your place you should go down route 5 (Main St) out through Clarence into Akron and then can get back on the Thruway in Pembroke. Clarence has been getting slammed all day long with the best returns as they’re getting the convergence from the band.
You must be near Amherst middle based off of what you said about 1/2 mile south of Main Street near Burroughs. Got about 5.5” new on the day here but ripping once again. Just a few miles to our South has double.
5 inches new here in the last 2 hours. Much smaller flakes now. Probably 1” an hour now. That band will likely fire up more as it drops back to the south as that shortwave moves through. Better than nothing here but just missed out on the bigger totals by about 3-4 miles.
Congrats on your time lapse vids Rich!!!
snowing at 3” an hour here. Can’t even see across the street. Pure heaven. I wish it would snow like this all day.
