Ten days after and I drove past an open (no cover) golf course today, and it’s still 100% covered. That’s remarkable for the last 25 years, including some of the big blizzards.
I’ve done Old Rag at least ten times. I’ll let you know when I go though I doubt it will be before the permit season starts March 1. It also always includes a trip to the Coppet Fox distillery in Sperryville.
I had to take my mom to an appointment and there are major 3-lane roads in Bowie that are still a single lane, and there’s no way to move the piles on the other two lanes without a front loader.
I’m happy with the possibility of a couple of minor refreshers this week, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see something more substantial pop up as we get closer to when the current pattern starts to relax.
