    I’m hoping that snowfall ends up looking that uniform when it’s over, but my fear is that I’ll be in the grip of the claw.

    Since I didn’t get a full snow day, I’m starting happy hour early. The GFS is going all digital blue this evening.

    That place is pretty awesome. Or at least it was when I was there about 30 years ago. Gorgeous scenery and excellent trails.

    Yeah, I get all the criticism but it’s not a call that I would want to have to make. Precip finally picking up here, though it’s still light.

    The dryslot is a bummer but there’s precip redeveloping to the southwest and with the pivot, I think there still could be a few hours of good snows this morning.

    Good or bad, next Saturday is the 5 year anniversary event. A few new releases and variants which will be awesome, but probably a zoo, which kind of sucks.

    Yeah, they’re good. Btw, if you’re ever down that way on a Saturday again, let me know. I usually work at Nepenthe on Saturdays. Sitting at a new brewery now. Stone Silo. Holy cow. What a view. First beer is a winner too.

    @North Balti Zen Thought about you today. A group of us are camping in the Middletown area at Bear Spring cabin. Did a 15 miler today to Brunswick on the AT and C&O. Sipping a few before heading back to the cabin.
