Damn. LWX still going full weenie. Maybe this will be the storm this winter where the snow maps suddenly don’t get cut 50%, but I doubt it. No complaints though as I’m looking forward to a cold storm from a change, Never mind. Mappy took it away.

Yeah, I don’t get it. We all came into this winter expecting a crappy Nina mucking everything up, yet we’ve seen a lot of snow falling. I’m looking forward to this one because it’s the first one with cold temperatures. I don’t care what covers the roads, as long as it’s frozen.

I’ll definitely check out Rusty Rail. I enjoyed the Birthday Suit yesterday. The southern tier of PA is loaded with good breweries.

Here’s the sampling table from yesterday. The Rusty Rail Birthday Suit and the Candyman peanut butter stout were memorable too, but that Cushwa was excellent. After sampling beer, I got into the Apple Moonshine mixed with Skrewball whiskey. Sunday Funday. Edited to see the names of the beers.

We did a Valentines themed tasting yesterday and this one crushed it. So amazing.

Seeing all the cold in the Deep South is frustrating but it makes me feel a little better knowing that frigid air is still possible somewhere in the US.

No one will believe this but I was down in my old PG county stomping grounds on Friday walking the old neighborhood, and when I went to check out the old duck pond, peepers were chirping from the heavy cover. It was cold but they didn’t seem to mind at all. Spring will be here before we know it.

It just went above freezing here. Trees are dripping and snow is sliding off the bent over bushes. Hopefully I won’t have to go outside and scraped the walkways.

Yeah, ow, I’ll bet. That’ll be with you for a few days. Sheet of ice here too. I put a saw horse in front of our front steps to keep anyone from even attempting it.

Late to this, but I thought that was for interstates and US routes but doesn’t apply to state roads. 6z nam is dry again for the corridor.

Yeah, man. Another meet might be in order. I’ve got an oyster stout that needs kegging and I’d love to try that raisin oatmeal concoction that @Scuddz made! Give me a week to finish fining the stout here.

Flurries/light snow here. Pretty awesome that there’s been very little wind and melting, so everything still looks fresh.

Occasional flake here. Kind of weird that it’s a genuine snow and not dust. One lone regular big ol’ flake, then pause. Then another. Whiskey Jebwalk on the menu.

Killing time here and pulled up the old regional weenie intellicast radar. It's kind of like 1999 imagining that the snow out near Charleston is blossoming and coming this way.
