  1. I am sharing my cam for this event since it looks like it may be pretty good in Randolph. https://video.nest.com/live/KaUbLsdLHN
  2. If I don't give my wife a week back in MD once in a while to see the family she will probably stop coming with me up there so this is the tradeoff.
  3. -9 under full sun near noon. That's legit cold.
  4. No, we have too much stuff going on in MD next few days to leave. Doing belated Christmas stuff with the family we missed in December. This is just like the mid-January storm I missed last year. Nice thing about Randolph is when I get back every flake will be in place just how the storm left it. No biggie. I really hope it crushes up there, Wildcat et al really need it badly.
  5. GYX has 12-18 for North Conway. Really nice event for them if they stay all snow. NAM flips them, I think.
  6. I don't live in Buffalo and should do well here. Not everyone lives in coastal SNE despite how it sometimes seems. LOL
  7. 3k was even better. The ski places in the eastern Whites need this one badly. They can't rely on moose fart dust to pile up every day. They need synoptic events.
  8. Eh, for my little corner of the world, NAM is kinda on an island being drier. The globals are all still juiced up pretty good. For areas further south, it looks like more rain is in the cards, but I haven't paid much attention. None of these models really change me over. NAM is closest.
  9. 12k NAM is a little healthier here it looks like. Still a dumpster fire across the US of A.
  10. The NAM paints a rather pedestrian event for everyone outside of Canada. It's like 5 inches here the last couple runs. That's cool, I guess. Not sure it is just a WAA thing. It's way, way drier than the other models.
  11. This is cold enough for me. Beyond this it’s just numbers I think.
  12. Not trying to get ahead of things here, but that Wednesday clipper has been looking healthier on the models too. Could be a nice refresher of cold smoke on what falls Monday. By the end of this week NNE should be well pasted.
  13. -17 here. Coldest since I moved here.
  14. Hopefully this isn't one of those cases where it sniffs something out ahead of the globals, because it is quickly turning this into a mostly non-event everywhere.
  15. There was a day last year at Cannon where a squall blew through and my two younger kids were being pushed uphill by the wind and couldn’t get down the hill. It was pretty funny.
  16. Blue jeans and those jester hats from the 90s for us when it gets cold. For tomorrow I might put them in a Patriots hoodie (strictly so they blend in). That should do it.
  17. Thats cool. Wear it like a cape coming down.
  18. @J.Spin given that things have been fairly quiet the last week or so we must be starting to fall behind the averages now. Hopefully Monday catches us all up a bit as we head into peak time.
