The precip maps are what they are. They all cut back aside from GFS. Certainly they could be wrong. Euro will be telling as usual.

That’s all I am saying. If Taunton gets 24 and most other places are 12” or less that’s not a HECS that will be referenced in books. Some potential was left on the table. No doubt a wide stripe in SE MA will get blasted either way (unless RGEM/GGEM/UKMET score a coup).

Trend today so far has been away from the monster event, IMO. Or at least narrowing the range of the best totals. Still a great storm.

UK cut back precip everywhere for sure. Same deal we have seen with the other major runs today aside from GFS.

Always crazy to see 24-30 on an official map like that. It takes a lot to go that big for a single event. 18-24 is more typical with a hedge in the write up.

GFS keeps inching towards turning the cutter next week into an overrunning event for the northern tier.

Carbon copy of RGEM just about.

Think 15-20:1 is doable up here? I usually have little wind in these events either.

I always laugh when an older person in my family talks about "giving that person a piece of my mind" like it's 1980 still and your can shame some 22 year old waitress or checkout clerk into giving you better service. It's more likely that person will punch you or just walk out the door and quit than "work better." I just expect bad service everywhere now and don't get stressed about it. Anyone who has traveled enough to Italy, Spain, or France knows the deal. The US just has the same vibe now. When you go into a cafe in Italy you expect to be left sitting for a while before anyone comes by, they may screw up your order/bill, and the kitchen/bar may be out of things. They don't care about your complaints either. People there are used to it and stay chill. Enjoy the scenery and conversation. Imagine renovating a house in Italy or Spain? LOL Anyway, that is coming to this country.

Everyone has noticed that customer service, response time, delivery time, quality, etc. have all declined over the last 24 months. You see it everywhere. From the DMV to McDonalds to Home Depot to the oil company.

Oh dear, RGEM looks rather lame. Solid east shift for everyone. Most of E MA doesn't even crack a foot. LOL
