These storms often come down to crappy rates. The models screw this up constantly. Rates are never as good as progged around here.

In these events I usually end up on the snow side of the line, but the mix will literally be down the road a bit. Just need monster rates. It needs to be puking if temps are 33. Light stuff will be drizzle, etc.
