  1. I was drinking last night and survived an earthquake and still managed to report solid obs. It’s no excuse.
  2. Really cool little town, no issues there. But they are a snow hole surrounded by much better options in that respect. I assume that report is wrong. No way they fumbled that badly in an event that didn't rely on upslope effects or any trickery like that. I will say there was a radar hole over that area for a long time yesterday.
  3. It's a report from 6:05 PM, but perhaps they held the ruler upside down? If they can't get good snow from a SWFE not sure how they would ever get good snow.
  4. PNS says Whitefield, NH only received 2.8" from this? LOL what a disaster if true. Snow pit. @ORH_wxman saved me from buying a lot there.
  5. That guy is across the highway and a bit lower than me. The main CoCoRaHS guy who was right next to me (1.4 NE Randolph) went off-line in the late summer. But that report seems pretty accurate to my obs all the same.
  6. 15" final tally. Just light stuff around now.
  7. I don't get this one. Seems kinda lame and a long shot. EPS looks to have drifted back east to me.
  8. I love the fluffy topping we often get on the denser snow from these storms.
  9. Gonna call it 15” now with the moose fart dust in full effect. My measuring stick is there.
  10. Did your pack hold up? You were mostly below freezing right?
  11. They are probably in their 80s or something.
  12. They were good here and seemed to have the right idea that this would be mostly crap right into CNE.
  13. I could take these all winter and be happy.
  14. Canadian models were north and warm all along and barely wavered. At the end they dropped south and looked like the Euro. They are not great but they have their moments.
  15. Needs to start showing up on the op runs of the varsity models. Not far away at all.
  16. I just use the site. My totals are weenie measurements. Rulers stuck in the ground kinda deal. I wouldn’t base your “Great Snowstorms of NNE” PhD dissertation on them. Haha
  17. Seasonal is 83.5” For this event, 14” It snowed on and off all day but didn’t seem to amount to much. Still mostly 14” readings around the property. I actually still have some slush around under the snow in spots; the warmth and rain before hand cut into the potential of this one a little, IMO. Still a great event and getting some uplsope-ish fluff now.
  18. 44 inches since January 17 is how you turn a season around.
  19. You shoulda hugged the RGEM on this one. Would have saved you some heartache. Still time to dig it back out of the trash bin.
  20. It’s not exactly effervescent fluff out there either. More like grandmas famous mashed potatoes. Easy to get tangled up.
  21. Yeah many notifications when I woke up. LOL it was different for sure. Never felt a tremor before.
  22. My legs are crushed. LOL Fun day but Monday will be better for me personally once they flatten some of that out a little.
