  1. Well, I am firmly in the crosshairs now. GFS is coming around. The 06z Euro is a thing of beauty. It can stop moving.
  2. It night be slightly east of 18z. Just a tad. Only really looking at MBY. Not the huge bomb of 12z. I get like 15-18 versus 24-30 from 12z. LOL
  3. Better run for me than 18z. Verbatim I might mix a little but it’s close. A clobbering for western sections through NNE.
  4. GGEM holds from 12z, if not a bit better. Euro is winning the battle tonight albeit slowly. GGEM is a middle ground solution between the two for up here at least.
  5. GFS noticeably further north with the precip shield than 18z. With the ICON and RGEM following the Euro, I’d say the GFS just caved a little bit in the result, even if it got there differently.
  6. As of 12z it still had the Ukie and GGEM, for what they are worth. We have seen the US vs foreign models battle many times.
  7. It could easily quietly cave overnight on a 00z run when everyone is asleep. The Euro likes to do that. GFS seems to like to cave at 06z on the other hand. Models are cowards like that.
  8. That’s very possible. I think we are rooting for different scenarios between our two areas however. You need the bigger wound up Euro look, I need the 18z NAM look. I need a smaller shift west than you.
  9. Well, the NAM is terrible here. Went from big snow to zilch in 6 hours. Classic NAM. A blend of Euro and NAM/GFS still has me as ground zero. A whiff seems like a real possibility now.
  10. Will need to ponder that on the Tree of Woe for a bit and get back to you.
  11. “The GFS is strong, but the Euro is stronger, boy.”
  12. There are weenies here who have been chained to the model wheel of pain for decades. They know what is best in life: ”To get crushed with snow on all models, see the snow driven before your window, and to hear the lamentations of the weenies to the south.”
  13. It was good in MD in 2009/2010 when every storm gave me 2-3 feet.
  14. LOL good thing you don’t try to make friends in these threads. I think I can relate to these guys a lot better. You are like the Dr. Manhattan of snow.
  15. In part. GFS gives me zero precip. That’s not an issue with the airmass.
  16. Just drove back from Jackson. Snowing well by Wildcat and here in Randolph, Gorham just flurries as usual. A weenie hell down there for sure.
  17. I feel pretty good about a solid 5” here. I would rather avoid an inch of rain beforehand.
  18. Thanks. Looks fairly close for me. I am near the line. I would prefer to ride the line like this and trust in the Randolph magic than get whiffed.
