    Maybe I will be proven wrong since I am still learning the climo here, but I am not expecting any ZR here. Wire-to-wire snow is my weenie call. We'll see.

    NAM noticeably juiced up here. Added .20" since 18z. Noticeable trend since 12z. It will all come down to banding.

    It’ll drift back to something in the middle. Trend has definitely not been OTS this season.

    The models all have different banding signatures at this point for NNE. Someone will get 8"+ from this thing if they get lucky with the banding. Otherwise, 4-6, IMO.

    Kind of pointless, in that case. That map is really only useful at the two extreme ends of the spectrum.

    I'll just measure under the roof overhang on the side of the barn. It always drifts to a foot down there even if only 3-4 inches fell.

    No worries. 5.5" sounds great for me. Been hoping to get at least 6" out of this thing all along so that is close enough. LOL

    I feel like 5-7" would have been a better call for now, but I get that they would rather be a little conservative and trend upwards if needed. Plus, I realize I live in the middle of nowhere in a microclimate and GYX is forecasting for the places 95% of people live.

    Yes, we plan to look into the BWC. I mentioned the same to the wife yesterday while standing in a lift line! So far been very happy with how BW is handling the COVID deal. Workable blend of caution and practicality.
