  1. It's the f*cked-up isohypsotic gradient causing all of this angst, I'm telling you! Gotta get that fixed.
  2. She's dead, Jim. Pretty soon the only people getting snow from this will be the upslope crew after the storm passes.
  3. Upslope still here. Nice stat padding fluff.
  4. Been getting bursts of mod to heavy all afternoon. Really adding a nice fluff to the snow and some weenie stat padding. Radar is totally clear.
  5. Yeah, it's definitely the lack of a decent isohypsotic gradient... good lord I hate when that happens!
  6. Give me two of these deals a week from now until April and I will be good to go.
  7. It'll be a shame to waste that precip as rain and slop at the beach destinations down there. Send the precip up here, and I will turn it into valuable snow.
  8. Randolph should be around 48" after this storm (we will see exactly how much the CoCoRaHS guy measures). The normal (in the 11 year record) through this time is about 55", but there are some anomalous numbers in the record (like November 2018) that skew the mean with the small data set. Either way, not too far off average so far. The early week deal could get me to average, but it will need to overperform in the upslope department. Seems like the sort of setup where it snows light to moderate basically all week and adds up to 6"?
  9. If Grinch hadn't happened, I would have 15-17" OTG now and would have had continuous coverage since early December. I think that damned storm skewed a lot of perceptions.
  10. Snow has restarted here. Hopefully the upslope aspect of this performs well.
  11. Nice! You really needed this one down there.
  12. Measured between 4 and 5 out there.
  13. Still argues for better snow up north than the models are showing right now. Hope you are right.
  14. Neat little event, glad for it because the next one is a miss up here.
  15. Still snowing here but based on radar seems to be wrapping up a little earlier than expected. I guess these SWFEs like to start faster and end faster than modeled.
  16. Getting blitzed here. 26 degrees. 3-4 on the ground it looks like.
  17. Euro is basically a total whiff outside some nuisance snows. This one is dead I think.
