  1. That looks more like the typical NNE cutter for this winter.
  2. I thought it was going to be ending but it built back in a bit. Moderate snow and 31 degrees.
  3. Starting to slacken slightly and temp crept up to 31. Dry slot approaching. Phase 1 is coming to an end.
  4. About the same here it appears. Getting crushed. 30 degrees.
  5. My PWS must be caked. No wind readings. 30 degrees.
  6. Based on my other cams from the front of the house it’s probably about 6. I have a good shot of a railing and it’s piled up tall on there.
  7. It snows for the next 70 hours or so. Then starts back up Wednesday it appears.
  8. If Berlin gets 890" then I am good for 1000" most likely. Nice run.
  9. Yeah, he is in a decent spot for the eastern side of the Whites. He misses out on upslope so he depends on this synoptic stuff. Been a lousy year for that. He also missed the early December storm. He tends to run a couple degrees warmer than me which sometimes is all the difference. We are really hoping he crushes it in this one. Been a really bad winter on that side of the mountains.
  10. Thump to dry slot/drizzle is no biggie. Hope that holds.
  11. The models get it pretty close here but then shunt it east. I expect a period of mixed crap at the peak.
  12. 6" for this first synoptic piece is my bar. Anything else is gravy.
  13. Starting to tilt towards heavy. Some big returns rotating up from the south now.
  14. Cam rule of thumb: Upper part of Northern Presidentials fully obscured: light snow Obscured just beyond the tree line on my property: moderate snow Tree line obscured: heavy snow Webcam unavailable: crappy Internet service LOL
  15. We debated if we could have gotten up there yesterday or today but we have stuff we need to wrap up here in MD since we are rarely here anymore. Hopefully the upslope will still be cranking when we get there tomorrow, and it looks set to basically snow all week.
  16. Couple bursts of snow far but the show hasn’t arrived yet. 30 degrees.
