  1. Two of my kids are big time complainers, and I could see them lasting one run, maybe two. My other two seem to relish this kind of extreme challenge and would want to stay out all day just to prove they did it. They all have their own little quirks. LOL
  2. Euro is the worst depiction by far. Still 200+ hours to trend this, and it is starting out looking far better than the Grinch did. 00z v16 is a snowstorm.
  3. Euro at least has way less rain here than Grinch. v16 would be a snow storm. Regular GFS is in between. CMC was also very little rain. Basically a frontal passage kinda deal. This thing looks way less ugly than Grinch to me, which showed no signs on the models of letting up ever. It looked like dog doo for 10 days straight. Still hundreds of hours to improve this thing further. Up here at least. You guys may be porked.
  4. My kids are stoked to try to ski in this weather. We will see how it goes.
  5. Good trends on the "cutter" so far tonight. v16 forces it south of much of the area and it's weak. GFS is getting there. CMC is basically a frontal passage with some showers at best.
  6. Would much rather see a CMC solution than some weak sauce low that slides east under SNE into oblivion like the v16.
  7. Congrats Jerry! The GFS bullseye 100+ hours out is a sweet place to be.
  8. Probably a good sign for SNE that the MA crew is getting excited and close to spiking some footballs. Approaching rug pull time.
  9. Nice. It snows basically everywhere but the Mid-Atlantic these days.
  10. Moderate snow, 5 degrees. Winds gusting to 25 mph.
  11. Snowing at 5 degrees with the wind whipping is definitely a new experience for me.
  12. It’s pretty classic for the models to pull this crap at this range.
  13. I kinda hope it exits the coast a little further south and has time to deepen before it swings back this way. This due east south of SNE stuff doesn't cut it up here.
  14. Had a nice day at Cannon. The couple inches of fluff took the edge off conditions. The cold came in late afternoon and shut us down however. It gets balls cold there once the sun gets behind the ridges.
  15. v16 gives me more snow from the "cutter" than the early week storm...
  16. Bring it on. I want to experience at least one this winter. Been lame in the temp department so far.
  17. This is how you run a "boring" period in NNE!
