    Only down to 36 overnight here. I am really starting to wonder when we will hit 32 at this point. These overnight mins are ridiculous and it’s been like this for a while now.

    Do you have paper birch and Aspen there? I have a lot of it on the edges of my fields and they are still colorful. Pioneer species here before the ash and maple take over.

    I have to guess this is wet snow on the peaks? Still a chilly 41 with uplsope showers here. Wish it was about 10 degrees cooler.

    I have a feeling the wife's car is in the garage and the remaining space is dedicated to extremely well-organized and arranged household tools. Just a hunch.

    Sun poking through and temp spiking to 68 in a hurry. For up here, the coming “cool shot” just looks like a couple days of normal before the furnace returns. What a sustained warm pattern this has been. Locked in. Hopefully this will lead to a major rubber band snap for DJFM.

    Glad I was able to move to get the weather I wanted. I spent a lot of years trapped in a place that is extremely hostile to the kind of weather I want (MD is a real tease because every 7 years or so you get 3 feet of snow -- sort of like being a drug addict and spending 5 years in rehab but then suddenly being dropped into an orgy where you are snorting lines of coke off of hookers), so I get the angst many have.

    Not sure I understand the idea of being a weather weenie on a weather forum when your ideal is 73 and sunny most days of the year, but OK. That is literally a complete lack of weather… Kind of like having thousands of posts on a motorcycle forum when you despise the things. Just torture.
