    The 8" here is really doing some work bringing back that deep winter feel. Trees and bushes are sagging and snow is blowing around and piling up. Feels like a lot more snow than it is. Glad winter is back for now at least.

    Big flakes, falling heavily. Piling up nicely. This is just what was needed over here.

    Pretty much. I am going to split the difference and say 10”. This just doesn’t feel like a real biggie to me but still a good storm. My goal is 1” liquid as snow to resurface my favorite trails at BW and set them up for a good couple weeks to close out the season.

    On pivotal at least it is noticeably less precip than 18z, I think. Still a decent run.

    NAM cut back on precip and the storm is flying. 3k is still doing that weird thing with the low. Several runs in a row now.

    Seems to keep jumping back and forth run to run on NAM and HRRR between more amped and west and more east/diffused.

    It's depressing in that subforum which is why many of them lurk here.
