  1. Lmao we go from worrying about missing to the east to the dreaded warm tongue of death showing up. Let's see what the other models do.
  2. Sorry to hear about your wife. Glad to have you back tracking. 0z Euro was a decent hit for the area. Ups the areas QPF to .8 from .7. The 1 inch line is very close to the AGH County line now. Tomorrow's runs are gonna be very interesting if we get some last minute west trends. Will the GFS cave though.
  3. Congrats hopefully Pitt can get an overperformer and get a foot.
  4. RGEM is better compared to 18z. Gives us more of the line of 4-6 and not 1-3.
  5. The weather-bell maps are showing like 50 inches in some places. Outrageous.
  6. I agree and there is still always the nowcast surprises that happen. I believe it was the 2016 blizzard that the NAM ended up being right and came further west then any model was predicting. A solid 8-12 storm would be huge for our weenie morale.
  7. That was because of the upper low if I remember correctly. I recently went back to that thread and examined the posts.
  8. From my untrained eye the NAM has the low hugging the coast more and heading more north instead of heading east which most likely allows the precip to be thrown back at us.
  9. Rgem is west of the 12z which is good to see. Next up is the 18z euro and then the 0z NAM. When do the SREFs and other short range models and plots come out?
  10. Quit it its only December 14. We aren't gonna jack pot on every storm.
  11. Fully expecting the NAM to drop totals again because like I said we got NAMd as usual. We could literally write a script for storms that screw us.
  12. Hope for this to bust high. Nowcasting always makes for interesting things too.
  13. NAM is either gonna cave hard or stick with its guns. Come on NAM and score a coupe.
  14. If the Euro trends at all south east ill jump off the train. Let's wait and see what it does.
  15. I jumped to the snow maps without looking at the H5. Thats good news if the H5 improved. I'm hearing the GEFS moved slightly north too.
  16. I believe I'm squatting right now so can't look at it fully but the low is deeper too.
  17. RGEM 12z moved east. There is no way the NAM is correct. Id bet that the European will correct back southeast in the next two runs.
  18. If Euro caves then it is over but I still think MAG had the right idea with high end advisory/low end warning.
