  1. 0z will most likely cut totals down and continue that trend. We don't win against warm air we just don't.
  2. I mean this is the difference a day makes for this threat. A week away this thing could go anyway at this point.
  3. That's what's confusing me is the NAM usually is the one super amped and warm. Hopefully the Euro holds serve here at 12z.
  4. We don't usually win in these scenarios so I'd temper expectations and anything that falls is a win.
  5. NAM alittle over 4 inches and then dry slot? Looks like a little more just north but who knows what's gonna happen with this type of set up. I'm just excited we may actually see some legit heavy snow and not just a squall.
  6. Glad people in our area are finally enjoying some winter weather. Hopefully it's the rest of the sub forums turn next. One final gfs map before bed.
  7. Similar to the NAM. Hopefully we don't lose this one too. Tbh it didn't change really at all comparing 0z and 18z. Would have to dive deeper.
  8. Don't panic from one NAM run. Still time for better trends. Odds are in our favor of a good trend eventually.
  9. Moon is probably getting hit good too which means the official total will be higher than all of Agh County. Funny enough that rain snow line was accurate I have a coating in my yard.
  10. Lol I'm not home right now but the radar says the rain snow line is on my street and might be my house
  11. Haha, the band looks tonhave some heavy snow too. Could see some nice rates for a bit. Also the HRRR has us getting some snow on the backend for tomorrow.
  12. This one is easier to swallow seeing as how the ceiling is around 3 or 4 inches and places as far north as clarion aren't even progged to get any snow really.
  13. Looking to the next threat. If you like heavy snow then the NAM may give you your wish. Looks like a quick 3-5 before the changeover. Granted it's the long range NAM but most other guidance has the same idea at this point.
  14. Naw modeling accounts for that with the HRRR and it still torches all the way up to the 40s. I wouldn't be surprised if the warm air pushes further north than predicted and even places like Central PA turn to rain.
  15. Lol this is our point and click forecast. Is it possible that we don't get anything more than a 1-3 inch storm all season?
  16. Nws has us at .3 inches. Lol Tim you can be negative again this winter is garbage.
  17. HRRR is disappointing but compare the 18z from the 12z and its a huge difference. Need this to keep trending colder or else its gonna be a mix.
  18. I have too much time at work lol Tomorrow looks like 1-2 unfortunately and NWS has us at a 25% chance of greater than an inch. Euro looks good for a front end thump for the second wave. Looks like it would be a 3-5 type deal. In this winter we would take that. Gotta see how this trends in the 2 days.
