These NW-WNW flow events can be real tricky so I'll be tracking this one, briefly before it ends up somewhere to my North or South and I'll be sucking true exhaust all day, lol!

Nice plume developing on sort of a WNW-NW, IDK but its forming nonetheless, lol, doubt its the beginning of anything substantial but one never knows around these here parts of the State. One of my favorite parts of the Winter Season are the passing of strong Arctic Fronts cause they cause the most havoc and tomorrow can be one of those days!

Yeah and the inevitable mixing will begin to enter the pic some time during one of these discussions. Personally I'm thinking a whiff is on the table with this one as we have some, if ya wanna call it blocking, lol! Alls I know it this, every time an event enters the picture, theres not one time where we don't have to worry about every damn factor that can screw everything up especially here in CNY, as we're one of the worse places where the cold air hangs on!

Please Matt, We all understand ur frustration but its seriously getting old now bro! You lived in the Tug Hill and wasn't satisfied so I don't really know what ur looking for cause ur not gonna find it here and if you think you were frustrated up in the Tug, you haven't seen anything yet!!

Still too warm, lol, to stop the constant dripping cause houses in CNY dont use the cause of the ice, but I think that needs to change. When I first moved here 15 yrs ago, it was awesome, snowpack from late Nov, usually AFTER Thanksgiving and it would last until mid Jan- Thaw- then start the rebuild process but those days are long gone. It's the weather and these Winters are anomalous to CNY but they happen, and fortunately not often! That system yesterday was about as anomalous as one can get, lol, the system was over the Poconos at 988MB and we were experiencing rain, heavy rain, KBUF went over to snow early and it didn't accumulate at all but a few sloppy inches except in the hills I saw some 6-8"ers so.good for them. Hopefully after the holidays it changes cause I won't even go into the week of Christmas, lol! Very heavy snow coming through and it's practically a perfect WNW flow but that'll change cause it's not allowed to snow over me, or so it seems, lol! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

We now have some wicked CAA underway, finally and the lakes are naturally gonna fire up but moisture is limited and the incoming HP is gonna squash it all to bits. Its not even cold enough for LE, lol, what a shame, in a real winter, CAA would be underway big time, flakes would be drying out as the lake takes over but not this yr, lol! This is a warm cyclonic flow, lol!
