  1. MJO is practically non existent when it heads towards the center, especially when it enters the colder phases, 8-1 & 2, so yeah it's a player this yr but it's also far from being a driver. Hopefully something changes soon! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah, we hung in there for a White Christmas ( Merry Christmas All) but barely, but it'll be gone after tomorrow, for sure! It's just not looking promising right now for any sustainable cold air, combined with moisture for anything substantial, unfortunately. Something's sure seems amiss that's al I'm sayin! 3. What a horrible post, lol! Not even remotely close to reality but it's time of forgiveness so I forgive you but Merry Christmas Dave, lol! Fun begins right after Christmas and especially the New Year so I'll stay positive during this upcoming holiday week. Pretty much a guaranteed white Christmas for us, dont know about the rest of the CWA but We'll be OK, just cause! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  4. I never, and still don't understand why ppl do that, lol?
  5. I understand bro and if I were you, I'd expect the low end every time cause if more falls, then its a win win thats why yesterdays meso low surprise was worth the excitement!
  6. Are you serious with that condescending remark bro, seriously? Some ppl do make that mistake and I meant no ill will with the post. PPl in these ****in threads have some serious thin skin! So you think just because NWS has a stripe of 6-8" for ur area thats its definitely gonna happen.
  7. WNW flow events need additional Synoptic moisture to work with cause the fetch is just not long enough to grab enough moisture thats why upper Great Lakes that aggregate the lower lakes is when we really have our fun!
  8. You know that during these LES events that not everyone within the 6" areas are all going to get 6" I'm sure you're aware of this correct"
  9. She made the connection to GB but I don't think its gonna last that long as winds across GB start to veer more NWerly so we'll see!
  10. She's about to connect real soon it's looking like and to these eyes, Wayne Cty seems to be ground Zero so well see! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  11. I agree and I think she's gonna enhance the LO band and hit Wayne County pretty good for some of the evening but from there, who knows where she'll go, lol! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  12. Man, what an anemic start to the LE season East of LO and even with sub -20C H850 temps we still cant get anything substantial to crank up. Without GB, LO is not a good producer with a NW flow so I'll leave it close to 11" for both the synoptic event and the meso Surprise and if not for rhat surprise, we'd be sitting with 5" for both events, lol! 13. I think its gonna be more of a NW-WNW flow throughout the night as you can already see the streamers forming on a WNW trajectory. Perhaps tonight they go West but I haven't checked tbh. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  14. Man look at how GB just lights up on a WNW-NW flow along the whole stretch of the lake and its gonna connect somewhere along Ontario so we'll see as the evening progresses! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  15. Yeah, we got it good for about 2-3hrs with super heavy snow. I'm up just west of Central Square Max so I dont know ur exact location. If you know the Red Onion on rt12, then u know where I am. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  16. I'm 10 miles North if you and with LE, lol, a mile can make a difference nevermind 10 Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  17. I agree 100% as the air behind the front in bone dry. Yeah I know the air is super cold but that's not the only component needed for LE but maybe it'll do the trick! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  18. I did, I hot 5" from the meso and 4.5 from the SWFE so close to 1' bit not quite but after today's 2-3" I will, lol! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  19. RlMAO, yeah that's true so I'll just be quiet and read for a while, lol! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  20. Man I dont feel confident in my location nevermind urs, lol. It looks like a lot of nothing behind this latest front that I'm still being affected by but for not too much longer so..... Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  21. Complete whiteout here right now and the snow has the consistency of styrofoam, lol! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  22. One last heavy squall coming through should be the last but its pounding quite nicely right now! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  23. Well I think we might go through one last squall before the true end. Maybe we get another 1/2"! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  24. Well we're done andnit was definitely fun while it lasted. Eneed up with an additional 4.5" which after today's 3.5" puts us at 8" on the day which isn't bad going into tomorrow, love it, before another thaw erases it again. So f'in sick of building a snowpack then losing it 2 days after, sucks! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  25. Its should be coming down already, No? Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
