  1. Verbatim that band would be about 2-5 miles to my North, lol, but easy enough to chase so let it [emoji300][emoji300][emoji300] Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  2. This system actually rides the spine of the Appalachians which usually doesn't happen but this SLP may do just that. If it was 75 miles further East, we'd all be in good shape, except the Capital gang but its not happening either way. We all stay wet with temps not dropping into the mid to lower 30's until late Tues into Wednesday and by then, the slp is in the process of occluding. We continue to patiently wait for our first accumulating [emoji300] [emoji300] Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  3. Some spots in NE OH could see their first footer of the season while we wait for our first 1"! What a joke Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah, this yr is finally behaving the way it should be with a gradual decline wrt temps. Most of us on this forum average over 100"/yr, so we all know its gonna [emoji300] but the weenie in all of us wants it to snow as heavy as possible and pile up as high as possible and it'll happen just not when we want it to, lol Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  5. Thats a great track for our area but like many have said, its a marginal air mass at best but if this same track happened in mid Jan we'd be talking about feet of snow for us but not this time Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  6. NE OH looks to be the big winner with the one, then the next one will be for ENY and points N&E from there while we gets scraps from both, lol, typical but I wouldn't expect anything more! Things gotta change eventually but then again, maybe they don't. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  7. Cold and snowy conditions may start to appear the first week of Dec but who knows how long it will last cause its been tough around here to get any sustainable cold air as of late but we'll see. Once again, at least its behaving somewhat like Fall and not full blown Winter in November! Happy Thanksgiving Y'all Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  8. If you want snow, you picked a horrible spot for sure, lol, but I'm in the same boat unfortunately [emoji28] Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  9. Its gonna snow quite heavily later on tonight with the passage of a WF so someone might end up with at at least something to look at, lol, unfortunately it doesn't last too long. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  10. I agree, if only it was a few degrees colder!! It'll come though, and I like these kinds of Falls versus the past few yrs where we get Winter in November and then a warm Christmas then again Cold after the New Year. This same scenario has happened the last 5yrs or so it seems but Not this yr, its finally acting like a Fall where we gradually step down and when she hits lets hope she finally sticks and this might be the yr it happens but we wait!! 11. The same ppl say the same thing every yr, lmao! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  12. Ithaca is getting smashed right now especially with the enhancement off of Cayuga, very nice indeed! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  13. 100% correct my friend. True LE doesn't happen around here all that often but when it does, its special fo sho! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  14. Neah, about 4-5 miles North of Great Northern mall! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  15. I'm convinced that a NNW wind is when we get our best snows at my locationexcept when a Cutoff sits atop Vermont or NH for a few days as it meanders off into the Gulf of Maine! Who's calling off Winter anyway, lol, I haven't read the thread in a while! Very cold morning with a temp of 17° with snow falling and have added a couple inches since 6:30 so all in all, not bad for 11/17! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  16. Starting to absolutely despise where I live as I'm sick and tired of watching it snow to my North and to my South! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  17. Perhaps some FZRN as we approach the mid- 20's so something to watch for Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  18. When dont they?? Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  19. Ur now in No. Onondaga County?? Well now you're really gonna start to pull ur hair out, lol, because we're in the nastiest transition zone that there is!!! Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  20. Yeah, we won't see a changeover to snow some time between 6-7z tomorrow morning and by that time, the suns up and temps will begin to warm and then its back to rain. The second event, tomorrow night into Tuesday is primarily for the Southern Tug then that heads out on Tuesday then we warm back into the mid to upper 60's, [emoji38] [emoji1787] Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  21. Just love being in the middle of 2 Jackpot areas, what a f'in joke and the Winter of 20-21' begins, lol! Someone South of the City of Syracuse is gonna see 6-10" watch Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  22. Looking upstream at the upper Great Lakes the winds are definitely not West or even NW as they look more on the NNW side but perhaps as the system continues to move eastwatd, the winds will veer more towards the WNW. Is there still redevelopment in the Gulf of Maine? Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  23. Yeah, I don't know where the NWS are getting their totals from cause they're way off Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  24. WSW for my area for 4-7" total with 7-10 in the more favored locations like the TUG but that seems very high for me especially the lower elevations but we'll see what happens Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  25. I'm still trying to figure out where all this cold air is coming from. Its in the mid 50's all across Ontario Province and in the 50's pretty much every where else. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
