    I wouldn't discount anywhere in that cone I mentioned from NO. Cayuga up to Oswego somewhere in there we may see some impressive totals but whos to say Central Oswego cty doesn't get in on the action as well, lol! Let the lake spread the love!

    You may see this band for the next few hrs cause the winds are just starting to veer at the Western end of the lake.

    Wow I wasn't expecting that at all so its kind of a surprise, lol. I'm right in the middle of the cone which goes from No.Cayuga to Oswego, so I'm basically in the middle so I actually have a bit of wiggle room and ill get at least several inches so we'll see as its all speculative at this point.

    Look at the band thats affecting KBOS, WOW, gotta be 2-3"/hr rates under that beast!

    Look at the effin radar and you can just watch it dry up as it approaches our area, WTF???

    Yeah, that won't last long as a secondary CF is gonna cross the area this evening which in turn should veer the winds further to the WNW-NW or even West so we'll see but its defintely not gonna stay WSW. WNY got 2-4" out of this CF meanwhile we cant squeeze an inch out of it, go figure, but I bet Utica picks up 3-5" easy! Its all NUTS if ya ask me.

    If this band, thats developing immediately behind the front, happens to make it up to Watertown, then I'd say the NWS's forecast was a bit off the mark, lol!

    Filtered Sun disappeared and the snow has gotten a little steadier and heavier. it's coming CNY as Im directly upwind from you I think.

    12Z GFS run was just chock full of cold with a boatload of snow chances, sweet run!

    Interesting as I didn't notice that snipit about the westerly flow behind the CF/AF so props to KBUF for once, lol.

    Winds upstream downwind of Georgian Bay are definitely W-WNW but that doesn't necessarily mean the flow will be that when they get here as I'm starting to think that just to my North is where the band is going to sit before it drops further South tomorrow so we'll see.
