Oof, if nothing else comes from the ULL, then didn't even quite get to 3 inches...just 2.8" for the event. A common issue for most of the systems that have disappointed up this way since I moved here in Dec. 2021 was seen again with this one, delayed on-set, and then crap rates w/ icy flakes due to dry air. Just have not been able to get to that sweet sweet good forcing and lift for years now up this way. Perhaps next time.
fwiw, you can extend that across 83 running east along the north to Sparks, Monkton, Fallston, Jarrettsville, Bel Air, Havre de Grace and surrounds. That whole area has been in a screw zone for years and years now, storm after storm.
