    Maybe in August but not in June The immediate coastline with a persistent southerly flow (15 to 20 mph each afternoon Sat-Tue) will be even cooler (likely in the 70s). Temperatures will be similar through next Wednesday

    its sad when EWR hitting 97 is just not that impressive anymore (plus they run 2-3 degrees warm on the sensor)

    No effect, airport is much higher and not near the lake. BTV is a notorious hot spot under certain conditions, in this case a dew point boundary came south which enhanced mixing and raised temps behind it
