    Chris, you are correct, ice is burning through this, temps at my shop 30F now, ground temp, different story, usual side streets, walks stairs etc, slick, city out, bus routes etc. Lol need snow event! Going through salt over the last week!

    About 1/4" temp jumped from 26F to 29F in the last hour...festive

    Ray not sure, my mother in-law (91) hot water tank failed (2) days ago, she noticed water yesterday, friend helping me with new tank tomorrow, then clean up of cardboard boxes to dumpster, tomorrow negative, 13th "possible"
