ASH at 630 am, down to 24F, had a gust 18 mph/windchill 19F

At this stage, for those that love winter might as well play this season out till the end, I'm not joining Dews or Panic room, maybe we can score something more than a few inches....

Your 1st call was good...I measure in three spots at my shop around 530am then again 630 started to get freezing rain etc. 2 spots early were 2 3/4", then sunk down 2 1/4" +/- amazing how excited we get pennies and nickles

32F/1.5"+/_ ASH, snowing moderate

NWS GRAY, seems to still be bullish, Ray maybe right on for ASH 1-3, but if we get some good banding for awhile and it goes up, I'm fine with that, hoping not to taint

I be happy to see that, NWS Gray I think is way off and maybe will change tonight or tomorrow , I just think way to warm to start at event time, but what do I know, hope I'm wrong and we are on the higher side.

had a skim coat in ASH, temp went from 28F , now 35F........

Nice post, we have no control over weather. But even the Mets here and on Twitter , have been saying major pattern change, late January, then February now early March, the the weeklies show, now it’s not going to happen, I know this should be on the banter thread like many others have complained today, but weather is what it is and does what it does and surprises even the seasoned Mets and hobbyist. Seems most models have been off even near or at game time if that’s fair to say? Can someone tell me which model has been the best so far this season following up to game time?

Well still hoping Rays window of I think Feb.19-March 3? sill throws a storm or so. With that said, ,does that mean Spring will be cold/rain or again the way this winter went can't really say?
