I knows it's OT but pretty special day for Newtown, CT winning the CT state football championship on the last play of the game on the seven year anniversary of the Sand Hook Shooting.

It's a battle between the dry air and fronto. If it comes together right you can see a few bands going to town but other areas also getting screwed. NAM and HRRR seem to like your area up through southern Worcester county.
Extended Rgem looked decent as well. It's a wait and see but based on current guidance 2-3 inches for many with the potential for 4+ in some areas depending on shifts and wobbles and where the banding sets up seems reasonable. Hopefully the whole corridor of snow doesn't get shunted too far east and south.
Hilltown temps are creeping up first with the WAA. Will be delayed here but not denied. 25.9 currently. Been a nice week of solid deep December pack in these parts with nearly 18 inches of snow. Looking back at some pics from earlier in the week. Certainly can't complain, especially for this area.
Like others have alluded to, it's worth watching but you can really have the rug pulled out from underneath if you jump on board with these type of precarious set ups to quickly. CMC was a step back from the roid run at 12Z and more in line with other guidance.
