Looks like cne/ nne outperforms sne again this week in the heat department. Low and in FTW, with the valleys north of route 2 in MA having the best chance at 95.
most official stations in Northern Connecticut had a dew of about 67 this afternoon which is probably more realistic then some of these personal weather stations. I had a PWS in my neighborhood that also reported a dew of 71.
Lol. The valley is the most populated region in CT after the shoreline in SW CT and the whole valley was like 87-89 degrees. HFD was 89, BAF 88 and 88 here as well in Enfield. Dews were reasonable but it was toasty.
Give me dews , heat, pools, beaches, and bangers with occasional COC interspersed for hiking and refreshing reprieves to air out the house. I'd prefer about 70/30 warmth and dews to COC.
Yes but we were locked in because we have a S flow which also promotes the big heat further north. Atlantic ridge placement is better for NNE. Can't win em all.
Would have been pissed if this was winter watching this band rot just to the south of here but not complaining at all here on the Memorial Day weekend. Nothing more than a light shower here earlier this morning. We take.
