    Flying out of BDL at 6 PM Friday for a few days in Florida. For the first time all year, I'm rooting hard against anything frozen.

    I would think the valley floor in Simsbury is probably in the low to maybe mid 50's.

    I took my kids sledding in Tolland in the morning and was playing baseball with my son at the neighborhood ballpark in Enfield early afternoon.

    Nearby PWS is at 36.5/25.5. I'm hoping for an inch or two tonight here in the valley. A good chunk of the snow from yesterday's squalls has melted.

    Nice snowy landscape. Even the roads caved with the heavier bursts. Hopefully we get a little more tomorrow night, elevation would definitely be preferred.

    Perhaps those higher areas near Ridgefield can cash in with some elevation assist and being right near the NY line.

    GFS a bit flatter and weaker for Thanksgiving next week. Produces some light mixed precip mainly south of the pike. Plenty of runs to go.
