  1. 21 inches so far and the pattern doesn't look like we'll get much more so F here, despite a colder winter than recent with some decent periods of snow cover. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. You can't cover up for getting less than 1/2 of your seasonal average. It is what it is.
  2. Wind was pretty impressive last night into early this morning in my location. Lots of howls and occasional roars mixed in with the sound of things banging. Made for not the greatest night sleep.
  3. 56 down here with just some piles and shaded patches of snow left.
  4. 40" is pretty good. The lower valley down near Springfield into NCT is ony in the low 20s so you have nearly doubled us up.
  5. When i woke up at 7:30 this morning to 26 degrees and a north wind draining down the cold air i knew it would be a battle to warm up at the surface.
  6. Rotting at 32 here. There's some ice on the trees but not anything crazy.
  7. Yeah I've got like 20" on the season here of nickles and dimes and scraps. I'm starting to get to the point where I'm either rooting for a big dog or let's just bring on some early spring like weather.
  8. Looks like some high terrain spots above 1k in the northern Litchfield Hills are around 30 so probably some decent accretion going on in those areas.
  9. 32 now as the next slug of moisture is moving in. Too bad temps weren't a couple of degrees colder.
  10. 31.7 and zr. Not really efficient accretion with these temps.
  11. Heading to bed with light snow and 24.2. We'll see what the morning brings.
  12. I measured 2.75 a minute ago in my part of town. Hopefully we get 3-4 before the sleet/ice.
  13. Hopefully we get some decent icing in NCT. Some of the mesos like the HRRR and RAP look a bit spotty and scattered with the precip after the initial thump of snow/sleet.
  14. Just over an inch here. Steady light snow after a moderate burst.
  15. Warnings now up for Orh, Franklin, western Hampshire, and western Hamden counties. Also, parts of Eastern and NE MA as well.
  16. 6 here in my area of Enfield. Definitely a disappointment when one town east gets 16" and two towns 23" but such is valley living.
  17. Nice to see temps underperforming a bit with the overcast. It's been hovering around 28 at a nearby PWS, even though high temps were projected to make it the low 30's. Hopefully it takes more time to warm up above freezing tomorrow.
  18. 3 here. At least it looks pretty and the trees are somewhat caked with snow.
  19. Flurries. Looks like a minimum here. Better forcing north and south. Dry slot already moving through PA. At least we're getting some snow. Congrats to those who get 5-8+, I don't think we're gonna make it here.
