    Good for you Phin. Sounds incredibly beautiful. I sled in Northern Maine...maybe when I retire from teaching, I’d like to move/or at least have a second home in N. Aroostook county Maine. Frigid and snow is what they do best there...wire to wire winter is for real there.

    Lmao...I got an inch in a couple hrs. Then it turned back to rain.

    Lol..so it never flipped over there I take it. Ya this sucked for most of us. It snowed hard here for a couple hrs..covered everything in white, including roads. Thought we were off to the races...but then the precip let up and it died. NEXT!

    Nice...good for you. It’s beautiful. We were cooking with gas for a while, but we lost it. Hopefully we get another crack at something in a couple weeks?

    Ya I agree. Oh well, hopefully we fare better next time around when there’s a legit high to the north during the next nor’easter. Nothing worse than a cold 34 degree rain though...ugh.

    Lol..what happened? We were going good, too bad we couldn’t keep the snow going. Rates bad would be my guess.

    Lightened up here in Southington, CT for the last 20 minutes, but it didn’t go back to rain..stayed snow. Picking back up again now.

    Some nice blocking up by Greenland there...perhaps a lil help from the Atlantic? It’d be nice for a change.

    I guess I meant the temp, and how it’s accumulating on the roads too. Was expecting rain, or white rain at this point, not heavy snow and full coverage. Great call with the more bullish idea for interior CT. Looks to be playing out.

    Everything covered here..roads and all. Over performed here already with regard to temp and coverage.

    These flakes are not the gloppy stuff I envisioned...very good snow growth with what looks to be a decent ratio too.
