Yes, Definitely worth tracking. If something is a miss(on long wave pattern) at 7 days out..all bets are off. But assuming it’s not..then another Miss or nuisance at best.

They(NWS)want to see what the next cycle brings…could go back to warm again(probably will), so why do the windshield wiper effect..? If 12z holds the colder scenario..they’ll probably start to cool.

Ya, the big storm isn’t happening. Another 1-2 incher most likely next week. Unless the long wave pattern improves…which is highly unlikely.

lol… The pattern would argue for a colder scenario and press…maybe the modeling is now starting to pick up on those things. I’ll be out of state for this one…but hope it gets all you guys/SNE with good frozen. I’ll be back for whatever happens on the 20th?

Went by our local ski area today…place is in tremendous shape…they’re having a great year. Was great to see.

Ya..agreed. But no matter what, this winter has delivered the cold, and the wintry vibe. Solid snowcover, with snow on snow. And cold. Sure, Wish we could cash in on something big, but I’ll take this anytime over the last few years.
