  1. Heres our first call map for the snow event tomorrow. I've been crazy busy catching up on this last storm verification maps and totals i haven't been able to look to close at this one. I left it up to my partners @Sey-Mour Snow @BuildingScienceWx for the forecast. Here is what they're thinking at the moment... I also made a totals map for the Feb 7th snowstorm and town-by-town totals map, ill post that in the obs thread. Ill likely be updating the seasonal snowfall map so dont forget to update your totals on New England Snow
  2. Heres some of the reports so far from sifting through the last 10 pages and BDL/BDR official. Ill do a final map tomorrow once all the reports are updated. BDL - 2.6"/0.24" 11:1 ratio BDR - 7.4"/0.48" 15:1 ratio
  3. this stuff is settling fast! might be the same or less when u get back lol At 3:28 i took my 2nd to last measurement at 7.9". I cleared a small area (not for measuring the final total but to just see how much new snow fell). When i went to take the final total at like 515 i had 1 tenth more to put me at 8.0" but the space i cleared had at least a half an inch. So another half inch+ fell during two hours time but only added up to .1" on the board on top of what had already fallen.
  4. If anyone has final totals please send them my way, tia.
  5. 16.2 and 8.0. 24.2 for Feb so far. wow. 14" depth
  6. Wings, beer and snow, what could be better... . light snow coming to an end here
  7. Radar update! Down to light snow now...she gone!
  8. Latest reports on the map. North Haven and Malborough CT with the highest at 8". Per the reports on the map anyways.
  9. The depth is nice. Solid foot everywhere. 12-16" range
  10. glad the storm did well, i was sweatin' it out being the thread starter..
  11. i brought up 12/29/12 as the #1 analog yesterday and will mentioned it as well but i dont know about 12/05/12 maybe youre thinking the wrong date? dont think there was a storm on dec 5th.
  12. Looking back at the kuchera map i just posted 2mT were around 32-33F around i84 to the merritt which is where we have these high ratios. Not quite mid-30s but still warm enough to kill ratios on kuchera. Its also strange how both pivotal and wxbell use kuchera but they are usually widely different. Weeniebell is almost always higher.
