Finally got some rain last night. Picked up .89" during the evening and another .08" early this morning. Cloudy skies and 81/76. Our precip chances went from 90% today down to 40% currently. Was hoping for more rain today. We will see.

Storms all around me but not a drop in mby. Clouds and outflow are keeping temps way down though. Currently 81/73.

My July total was at a paltry 4.19" with much of that coming in just 2 days.

A new month, summer is coming closer to winding down. Currently 93/79. Significant storms all around me today but nothing in mby. Dry, dry, dry.

Dew point has dropped from what it was this morning but temp has skyrocketed. Currently 94/71. This morning dew point was as high as 77.

I went from 64 this morning to 92 right now. About 6 hours apart. Same thing happened yesterday.

The sea breeze has passed us and the dew point has gone up to 69, humidity is now at 52%.

I can deal with temps in the mid 80's in July with dew points in the mid to upper 60's. Currently 86/67.

Very disappointed with the rain gods yesterday. Watched that very impressive line of storms dwindle to almost nothing by the time it got to my area. .20" was all we could get. Now it looks like it will be another 8 days or so before we get another shot at some rain. Only good thing is the temps. Currently 81/71. Nice for July. Side note: I am sitting at a paltry 22.76" for the year. Cannot wait for this miserable summer to be over with.

I watched that on radar and it looked like parts of Greenville got slammed with torrential rain.

At 8 am this morning it was 81/80 and it felt like it. Like walking into a wall when you went outside. Currently it is 94/77.
