Yeah, a hard freeze will not be good as most trees are either blooming or starting to leaf out. Expecting mid 20's here.

Picked up .08" today and had a high of 72. Had to drive up to Durham for a medical procedure for my wife. Was chilly and rainy up there. Only 48 at noon. Got home 3 hours later and it was 72 in mby. Temp didn't really start warming until we hit Kinston.

Cooler air has finally made it to us, currently 52.

High of 80 after a morning low of 64. Thankfully this will be the last 80 we see for a little while. Temp in the house is at 74. Right at my threshold before turning the a/c on. Trying very hard not to turn it on so soon.

Hit 79 today and had wind gusts over 20 mph. Dew points have also increased, soaring into the low 60's. One more day and then cool down begins.

Hit 85 today. Highest temp so far this year. Cold front has come thru thankfully and has dropped the temp 31 degrees from our high. Currently 54.

Picked up .30" giving me a MTD of 1.15". Hope next month is better as the pollen will start coming out in force. High today in the rain was 45 after a low of 40.

Had a high yesterday of 84. Felt like late spring. Today at 11:25 it is 45. What a change.

The wedge has moved out of here as it is now 78 just before noon.

Had a very warm low of 61 and a high of 79 today.

Low of 38, high of 66. Picked up a surprised .05" today.

After a high of 78 yesterday, today was 18 degrees cooler. Low of 35, high of 60.

Picked up only .11" today. Temp is at 74 at 12:30. Still waiting on the front.

We were dead calm right after sunset for a couple of hours and the wind is just starting to pick up again.

low of 47, high of 74. Winds are picking up but has only hit a high of 17 mph so far.

Had a high of 54 earlier today then the rain came and dropped the temp into the mid 40's where it stayed for the rest of the day. Only picked up .03".
