High of 88. Dew point near 70 made it feel like summer. Still have yet to reach 90. Hoping to finish up the month without hitting 90. If we don't hit it by Sunday, we will a very good chance to make it to July without a 90 degree day.

Picked up .22" with a late morning thunderstorm. The sun came out and that drove our humidity sky high. We are currently at 81/75 with a HI of 87 and it's not even noon.

Low of 62, high of 85. Still no 90 here so far. I cannot ever remember not seeing 90 this late into spring. Dew points have climbed into the 60's today. Looks like we won't be seeing anymore 50's for lows until late Sept or early Oct. Wonder if we can make it to July with no 90's?

Another beautiful morning. Low of 57. High soared to 87 but dew points in the 50's kept it comfortable in the shade.

Picked up .68" overnight. Comfortable day again today. Low of 60, high of 81. Dew points dropped into the mid 50's after 1 pm.

Hit 59 this morning and stayed there all during my morning walk with the pups. Felt good. High was a warm 85 with dew points into the upper 60's.

Surprising low of 49 this morning. Didn't think we would see 40's in June. Dew points in the 50's made our high of 82 seem comfortable.

After a high of 84 yesterday, we were only able to get up to 69 today. Cool but comfortable day here in the east of NC.

Once again our high was 80 after a low of 66.

Pleasant day today for the last day of May. Temps stayed in the 60's until after 3:00 pm when the sun started coming out. High was 75 after a low of 63. Monthly stats: High temp - 88 Low temp - 44 High dew point - 73 Low dew point - 34 Rainfall - 5.89"

Temps have been up and down repeatedly today as showers came thru. Had a high of 83 before a heavy shower came thru causing the temp to drop to 68. Sun came out and temp went back up to 77 before another shower came thru and dropped it to our current temp of 71. Have picked up .29" today giving me a month total of 5.89".

Picked up 1.21" early this morning and an additional .60" between 9 and 10:30. This gives me a 2 day total of 2.57".

Such a cool raw day here today. Already picked up .63" with a temp of 62. Blustery out there too. I am sure those who picked this weekend for a vacation at the beach are not happy. EDIT: Ended up with .73" for the day. High was only 64.

Beautiful day yesterday with a low of 59, high of 72. Had a low this morning of 56. Loving these cool May days. Wish they could last thru June.

Yesterday had a very comfortable cloudy day. Low of 58, high of 71. This morning had a low of 54. High should be in the upper 70's.

We are having a great soaking rain today. Have picked up 1.05" so far. Temp hovering at 65. EDIT: Looks like the rain is over. We picked up 2.71" for the day.

Picked up a measly .10" from last night storms. That gives me only .23" for the month. We need rain.
