    I think Bowser and Harris will put together a really solid plan - an entertainment district, housing, retail, etc - and it will happen. Probably by around 2030.

    might not get a lot of snow here every winter, but at this point it's almost guaranteed we'll have several periods of 60s with dewpoints near or above 60F.

    we were actually in Baltimore during that 1994 cold outbreak. It basically never got above zero on the drive there from VA - Staunton had a low near -20F that morning. The Inner Harbor was frozen solid lol.
