Basically all of the PWS in DC, Arlington, and Alexandria (the urban core) are in the upper 40s right now. This is getting tiresome.

It's 48F at my house right now, in Washington DC. You don't live in the city. The DCA obs site is not meant to be 100% representative of exactly where you live. The Washington metropolitan region is very large with varying differences in climate. Not sure how to more clearly explain this.
